Andrew is 46 and a graduate of UTS, majoring in Marketing with a sub-major in economics. Married with 4 kids, Andrew enjoys many sports including golf, skiing, Rugby League and cricket.
Andrew worked as a forex and money market dealer throughout the ""80s before being employed in advertising and marketing for the Commonwealth Bank working on the highly successful "Which Bank" campaign as well as the visual standards of the new logo.
Andrew started Marketing 2000 in 1994 which worked on merchandising campaigns for the Sydney Olympics, Westpac, AMP, Foxtel, Optus and Sydney Swans to name a few.
Andrew is also a partner in Rewards Online (est 2001) which is one of the leading online loyalty programs in Australia.
Gary McKimm - Director

Gary is 40 and married to Sue with a beautiful daughter Louise who is 7. He is a graduate of Tafe with a Diploma in Marketing. He enjoys sport and played for Australia as a junior tennis player and is now playing Golden Oldies, touch football and is a very keen golfer.
Gary started his career with Westpac and then travelled extensively overseas. On returning he worked as a sales rep for John Sands before moving onto promotional products with Aaronhill Advertising. Gary started and operated The Premium Factor for 7 years before joining Andrew on joint venture projects in 2001.
One of Gary""s best attributes is his ability to form partnerships with his clients. Some have been dealing with him for 16 years!
Andrew Donovan - Sales

Andrew has worked in sales for over 15 years and has worked for multi national companies such as Reebok and Coca Cola. He has a strong background in the fashion industry and has a passion for watches and new electronic devices.
He loves all sports, mostly Golf and Windsurfing and also loves cars and loud music. Says he " feels like a kid in a toy shop with all the products we get to see and play with".
David Lazzari - Sales

From his Melbourne base David looks after our Victorian clients. He has over 20 years experience in event imagery and promotional products, and was a founding member of APPA (Victorian division).
Being a Victorian, he""s a passionate AFL supporter (his club is Carlton), enjoys League (Melbourne Storm, naturally), and loves the Wallabies. Known to enjoy watching any sport on TV, much to the delight of his family. "So what""s wrong with a good game of darts, boxing, or professional poker on Foxtel anyway?" Comedy and blues follow closely behind sports.
David bases his approach to business on relationship building and excellence in customer service.

Kellie has been with The Marketing Factor for the last 5 years. She has certificates in Graphic Arts and Printing, Graphic Design and Australian Publicity/Promotions/PR.
She enjoys music, sport, digital art and loves summer and being at the beach. She says "The best thing about working for a promotional products company is the variety of media used to get a client""s message across - the options are endless!".

Di joined the Bank of New South Wales in 1970 and over the next 27 years worked in all areas of General Banking finishing as The Secretary Westpac Staff Club which incorporated, amongst social and sporting Clubs, a retail Gift Shop open to staff club members. This venue operated as a mini department store and sold a huge range of gift & household items, her areas of responsibility included purchasing, display and administration.
After leaving the Bank in 1996 with the birth of her Daughter, she later worked as a food demonstrator and then for Westpac Cards, also spending 2 days a week helping Gary at The Premium Factor. In June 2001 she started working for Gary fulltime and last November became a member of The Marketing Factor team.
Liz Brown - Accounts

Liz has 26 years previous experience in accounts, holding Advanced Diploma in Accounting Course Certificates and an Advanced Certificate in MYOB.
Liz is married with 3 children. Liz""s interest outside work involves the showing and breeding of Shetland Sheepdogs an interest of 25 years of which she now shares with her 12 year old daughter Ebony. More recently Liz and her daughter have started agility with some of their dogs.
Liz commenced in January 2008 with The Marketing Factor.

Monica is the newest member of The Marketing Factor team. She has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Sports Entertainment Management and has been working in the marketing and rewards industry for over 7 years.
Monica enjoys watching a variety of sports including Rugby League, AFL, Baseball and Netball and is looking forward to the new challenge of working at The Marketing Factor.
